GRAL provides enterprise AI platforms, infrastructure services, and advisory services. Our platforms include Cognity, Sentara, Emittra, and Blackchannel AI. We also offer infrastructure services through Fabrica and strategic advisory services.
The Website serves as an informational resource about our company and services. Access to and use of our enterprise platforms is governed by separate enterprise agreements and is not covered by these Website terms.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design elements, is the property of GRAL or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
All trademarks, service marks, trade names, and platform technology displayed on the Website are owned by GRAL. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Website without prior written permission from GRAL.

Enterprise Services
Access to and use of GRAL's enterprise platforms and services is governed by separate Master Service Agreements (MSAs) negotiated and executed with each client. These Website terms of service do not supersede, modify, or otherwise affect the terms of any enterprise agreement.
In the event of any conflict between these Website terms and an executed enterprise agreement, the enterprise agreement shall prevail with respect to the enterprise services covered therein.
Limitation of Liability
The Website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GRAL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website.
Liability for enterprise services is governed exclusively by the applicable enterprise agreements.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GRAL, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of any third party.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by GRAL. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
